The holiday is not a reason to eat everything, of course, if you have not conceived a loading day for yourself πŸ˜‰.

By adhering to a calorie deficit and a balanced BJU, we slim down deliciously and comfortably, and days of loading and cheatmly help us go our way to harmony easily and without disruption.

Speaking of loading days. They often ask me if I was mistaken, maybe unloading should be done.

No, I was not mistaken. The unloading that you are used to hearing about and perhaps practice should be done when you eat regular food, do not go on diets, do not count calories. Then once a week, for example, a fasting day helps keep yourself in shape.

But there are a number of points. If you ate all week as if not to yourself and ate on average per week more than the calories you need by 5-6 thousand, and on the day of unloading your deficit was 2000 kcal, then those 3-4 thousand calories of the difference will go to stock. Even if you do not know anything about calories, this does not mean that you are not affected by the excess of calories.

In such cases, the day of unloading will not help to maintain harmony. And you will not know what is the reason for being overweight. You don't count calories. But the rule of calorie intake has not been canceled, and it works regardless of whether you believe in it, whether you understand how it works and whether you know about it at all.

As for the download. Slimming on minimal calorie deficit and balance of BJU (this is the only way to comfortable, tasty weight loss and without harm to health, in my opinion) - this is a long process, it goes quite slowly.

Our body is a very complex mechanism that knows how to adapt. And he, too, can adapt to a calorie deficit and stop giving up his reserves, even with a deficit. And so in order to sometimes swing the body, prevent it from adapting to a deficit, and also to avoid breakdowns (this already a purely psychological effect of loading) - it is sometimes necessary to give the body more energy from food than always. Roughly speaking, we surprise the body a couple of times a month with a feast (within reason) and convince it that the restriction in energy (even minimal) is not forever.

By counting calories, I was able to lose weight. You can do it too! The main thing is not to sit back, but to take action! Even if not everything is immediately clear, not everything works out and you need to rebuild a little. Over time, everything will fall into place, and the results will delight and give new strength to continue your path to harmony.

Since yesterday they cut a whole "bowl" of Olivier, today I decided to have breakfast with salad.

210 g of salad seasoned with cream cheese (10 g of each product) and a 25 g slice of Darnitsa bread went out to 285 kcal.

And since such a breakfast comes out non-nutritious, I decided that I can afford coffee with milk (70 g) and syrup (20 g) - 90 kcal.

Everything for breakfast turned out 375 kcal.

Regular readers will probably remember that I love coffee, but I practically gave up on it, because it increases acidity and does not work very well on my stomach. And they probably also noticed that I started drinking coffee quite often. Twice a week approximately.

And all because I stopped noticing the negative consequences of drinking coffee. I don’t know what is the reason for this, perhaps because I changed coffee and now we buy only a certain manufacturer. Although I have never tasted any coffee before, I had problems all the time.

Someone has a day off on a holiday. But I'll work to free Friday - I have plans to take care of my health this weekend.

During work, I had a snack with fruits: 180 g of tangerines, 90 g of kiwi - 110 kcal. After eating the fruit, I realized that I just needed chocolate, otherwise my brain would not stand it. So more arrived 110 kcal from 20 g of chocolate with tea.

Snack - 220 kcal.

For lunch, a light fish soup made from canned pink salmon.

A bowl of soup (450 g) - 155 kcal.

After lunch I did some work and went to the kitchen. I wanted to make a carrot cake, and for a very long time I have dreamed of a cake.

But it still didn't work out. But today I decided to be a carrot cake. True, the cake was going with adventures.

When I prepared the cake and it came to the cream, I took out of the fridge the curd cheese cream cheese, which I bought especially for the carrot cake. But something prompted me to look at the date - and that was overdue! Can you imagine how long I have been planning a carrot cake? About two months for sure I had to urgently run for curd cheese to the store.

But I did everything in time and by the time my husband arrived from work I had a cake and buckwheat cooked and goulash was already languishing.

Dined 120 g of boiled buckwheat 200 g of beef goulash (weight with broth). It turned out to be a dinner for 300 kcal.

Keeping in mind that I will cook a carrot cake, I left free calories for him.

And after supper I drank tea with carrot cake (200 g) - 360 kcal.

But I took my soul away. Delicious food turned out! So juicy, soft. And ka told my home with the taste of toffee.

Day summary - 1410 kcal. Here BJU suffered today: B - 73, F - 50, U - 158.

To help a calorie deficit - drinking regimen, exercise, good sleep and excellent moodπŸ˜‰.

And do not forget about skin care, especially if you are losing weight from a lot of weight: scrubs, home wraps, creams with the addition of vitamins A and E, contrast shower, self-massage.
