Borodino bread and curd cheese are combined with almost anything😜 - with lightly salted fish, ham, any smoked meat. The easiest and healthiest option is with homemade lightly salted salmon😍.
Ingredients: Borodino bread, frillis lettuce leaves, cucumber, curd cheese, salted salmon (fish, salt, coriander - 1 soak a day, wrapped in a damp cloth, under a press, in the refrigerator) - about 160 g chopped, parsley for decorations
Cooking method:
Cooking ingredients. We open the package of curd cheese. Wash the salad and shake it. We take the fish out of the refrigerator and prepare it for slicing.
My cucumbers. Place the pieces of bread on a serving platter.
Grease each piece of bread with 1/2 teaspoon of cottage cheese, put 1 leaf of lettuce on top, torn into pieces - evenly over each loaf. Cut off two thin cucumber slices with a vegetable peeling knife and put them on top of the salad on top of the salad.
We cut the fish and distribute equally among the sandwiches.
Decorate the dish with parsley. Bon Appetit!
