The preparation is very simple. And the taste is always happy!
Today I will show how I cook such a pie in a slow cooker, but I also cook it in the oven. And I'll also tell you how.
Beat eggs. I add milk, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper and flour with baking powder. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
And now the filling. Anything currently in the refrigerator will do! You can add young cabbage, sausage, fried pieces of meat, peppers, fried mushrooms, any cheese, corn, greens and even crab sticks (surprisingly, they are very tasty)!
Today I have minced chicken fried with onions and carrots, bell peppers, green onions and cheese, grated on a fine grater. Cheese is always at least a little, but I try to add. You can take the Adyghe.
I mix everything and put it in a greased baking dish or in a multicooker bowl (if you like baking in a multicooker).
I bake today in a multicooker on the "Baking" mode for one hour. The main thing is not to open the lid of the multicooker, otherwise the cake may fall off!
If in the oven, then at a temperature of 180 degrees I bake for about 35 minutes. You need to look in your oven! I check for readiness with a wooden stick. But it is also advisable not to open the oven for the first 20 minutes!
I like the pie hot. But tasty and cold!
