The idea of a delicious dinner. I put everything - and in the oven.
The recipe is universal. You can "adjust" for yourself. Any vegetables are suitable here. Both fresh and frozen and dried. Cabbage, potatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers - you can take what is in the refrigerator.
And add the meatballs. Although the dish is not bad without them.

How to cook:
Combine all the vegetables in a bowl. Pre-cut them into convenient pieces. Today I have cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, bell peppers from the freezer and dried eggplants. I pre-filled the eggplant with boiling water.
Salt vegetables, add black pepper, olive oil and sour cream. I stir it. I put it in a baking bag. You can still add bay leaves.
You can already bake it. But I add more meatballs. Any mince will do. I add spices to the minced meat. I have Adyghe salt. With it, the meatballs are very tasty. How I prepare Adyghe salt, I have already shown HERE.
I mix the minced meat well, form small balls and put them in a bag on vegetables.
I tie the bag, pierce it in several places with a needle and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs.
RECIPE:
• Minced meat - 300 g
• Potatoes - 400 g
• Cabbage - 400 g
• Sweet pepper - 1-2 pcs.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Eggplant - 1 pc.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
• Adyghe salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Bay leaf - 1 pc.
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
