For him we need:

Radish (any quantity)

Carrots (as much as radishes)

Sunflower seeds, shelled (to taste)

Vegetable oil - a couple of spoons

One clove of garlic.

Salt

Pink or black pepper, preferably freshly ground, because we need aroma, not pungency

Cooking:

My radish, peel, three on a coarse grater, preferably on the one that is used for "Korean carrots."
