A full lunch in 20 minutes: it was worth trying once and the recipe became one of my favorite summer dishes (I share the recipe)

First, I'll prepare everything. I cut the zucchini into large pieces. You can take regular zucchini instead of zucchini.

I cut the bell peppers into strips.

I send finely chopped onions to a saucepan and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. After a couple of minutes, add the garlic. And in another minute - carrots. I cut it coarsely. But you can also grate it.

I fry the carrots, stirring constantly, for another 2-3 minutes, add black pepper, turmeric, and tomato puree. I take fresh tomatoes, cut them in half and just grate them. Very comfortably. The tomato skin remains in the hands. A minute and you're done.

Carcass vegetables with tomato puree for a few minutes and put chopped zucchini and peppers into the pan.

And pasta. Also right here.

I mix it all, add water so that it does not completely cover the pasta. This can be clearly seen in the video. This recipe is for 04:20. There are also 4 recipes with zucchini (and without meat). Take a look - you'll love it!

I cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat under the lid. You can stir a couple of times during cooking.

Finally, I add two small sprigs of rosemary. Leave the pasta covered for another 3-5 minutes.

• Pasta - 250 g
• Zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
• Sweet pepper - 2-3 pcs.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
• Garlic - 2 cloves.
• Ground black pepper
• Turmeric - 1/3 tsp.
• Rosemary
