Preparation
We take an avocado, wash it well, cut it into 2 parts, peel it, remove the seed (it can be planted in a pot).
We borrow the avocado pulp, cut into cubes in a cup, pepper, add finely chopped chrysalis and garlic (optional), sprinkle with lemon juice, mix and bon appetit!
