Hungarian cheesecake recipe with cottage cheese

Ingredients for the dough:

· Flour - 500 g
· Sugar - 3/4 cup.
· Egg yolks - 2 pcs.
· Milk - 300 g
· Yeast dry - 10 g
· The salt - 1 pinch.

For filling:

· Cheese - 400 g
· Sugar - 5 tablespoons. spoons.
· Eggs - 2 pcs.

Cooking method:

1. Pour the yeast into a bowl and pour a glass of warm milk, dissolve the yeast to 10 minutes. Sift flour, mixed with sugar, egg yolk and salt. Add the diluted yeast. Knead the dough until smooth. Put the dough in a large dish, cover with a towel and leave for 2 hours approach.

2. Raisins rinse. Beat using corolla egg whites. Curd grind and combine with the sugar, egg yolks, semolina, raisins and grated lemon. zest. At least add the beaten egg whites. To mix everything.
