How to cook:
Everything is very simple! Potatoes wash very well and boil in salted water almost until tender.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and spread the potatoes at a short distance from each other. Then I crush it with a glass.
I spread a small piece of butter in the middle. The potatoes are hot, the oil melts immediately))
I add my favorite spices (I took the seasoning for the potatoes). You can use any aromatic herbs or dry vegetable seasoning. I sometimes use my favorite dry broth. Sprinkle a little cheese on top of the potatoes.
I bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
I'm serving. sprinkled with fresh herbs. This is delicious! And it looks unusual and festive.
