I combine the softened butter with sugar and mix.

I add the sifted flour. I always add flour gradually, not all at once. It may take a little less flour.

Here is the dough:

You can put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. But I usually don't, I cook the cookies right away. I roll out the dough "sausage". I put sugar on the board and roll the "sausage" in it.

Cut into pieces. Something like this:

I spread it on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other.

I put a baking sheet with cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Here's what happens:

I let the cookies cool down a bit and serve with tea! I don’t know any simpler recipe. Write if you know.

• flour - 250 g (sifted! flour is different, so add gradually, not all at once, sometimes 200-220 g is enough - see that the consistency of the dough is like mine)
• butter - 170 g
• sugar 100 g (50 g per dough + 50 g for dusting)
