I cook two dishes for dinner in 30 minutes. I spend 5 minutes of my time, no more. You just need to put the food in a bag and you can rest.

First, the fish. Today I have mackerel. But you can cook any fish this way. Cut into pieces.

I mix spices and salt in a separate plate. I add oil to "open up" the spices. Combine spices with fish and mix well. Of course, it is better if the fish is slightly marinated. But I usually don't wait. I cook right away.

I put frozen vegetables in a bowl. You can take any - those that you freeze yourself or buy ready-made. Today I took green peas, bell peppers, green beans and corn.

I add salt and a little vegetable oil to the vegetables.

I previously washed a glass of rice. I combine it with frozen vegetables and mix.

I drag the baking bag about in the middle.

I spread the prepared fish in one part and tighten the edge of the bag.

In the second part I put rice with vegetables. I add water to the rice. And again I tighten the edge of the bag.

Be sure to make several punctures with a needle so that the bag does not burst during cooking. And I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then I turn off the oven and leave the dish in the off oven for another 5-10 minutes.

And that's it! Dinner is ready, but I'm not tired at all!
