Yesterday we were on business in Moscow and out of town relatives. According to the food, I especially do not bother and ate carbohydrates on Saturday more than ever - is for the body to shake.

Breakfast just turned on 230 kcal.

But I did not wait 11 hours and one hour after breakfast weighed myself on the day of fruits and eat them at will.

On undershot feijoa 100 g and 200 g of persimmon - 185 kcal.

Today I confuse jellied pike perch, took off for you videoretsept. Tomorrow's see what I got. With a filling, as with aspic there is always a moment of "harden or not."

Here while preparing aspic - I ate all the fruit. At the height of the season persimmon and a feijoa - must be used, the price is quite acceptable in the market.

A lunch - 100 g boiled buckwheat, 130 grams of chicken drumsticks (80 g of meat), carrot Korean (30 g) and 40 g of vegetables (tomato and cucumber).

Drumstick bake, pre-marinated for 20 minutes in the salt, black pepper and dry garlic. And none of the oil.

lunch - 300 kcal.

At dinner - chicken breast on the bone (180 g), there is still a Friday night, when I bake chicken for dinner for the whole family. And a salad of Chinese cabbage, dressed with sour cream.

Dinner turned on 270 kcal.

During the day, still I ate 25 g of peanuts and 25 g of dried cranberries - 215 kcal.

The day I had accumulated 1200 kcal.
