Ingredients: Chicken fillet, Champignons, Chicken egg, pasta (I have rice and buckwheat flour), Onion 🧅
Cooking method:
Pasta, then chop the mushrooms in a blender bowl.
Grind the chicken fillet with eggs, mix everything with pasta and mushrooms
Chop the onion and fry in butter (you can use vegetable oil). Cool, chop and add to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.
Form cutlets. And fry in a pan over low heat under the lid. Due to the fact that the mushrooms are raw, enough moisture is released and the pasta is cooked, but aldente is obtained. If you cook for children, then it is advisable to stew for another 10 minutes, or cook in a slow cooker for a couple of 15 minutes. I froze some of the cutlets, it's very convenient. Bon appetit ❤️😋
