Steamed rice flour cheesecakes with berry filling

Ingredients: Cottage cheese 5%, Egg, Rice flour, Vanillin, Stevia sweetener, Baking powder, Berries (I have strawberries), dark chocolate (optional)

Cooking method:

Crush the sweetener tablets. We spread the cottage cheese in a deep container so that it is convenient to stir everything. We beat in the eggs, add vanilla and sahzam. Combine rice flour with baking powder. Next, add the flour mixture to the container with the curd-egg mixture in two steps.

Mix well.. Defrost the berries. Let's get to the formation of the curds. We take the dough with a tablespoon, spread it on the palm of our hand, sculpt a cake.

We put a few berries in the middle, carefully collect the edges in the center to make a ball. We spread the cheesecakes in the container of the multicooker. Be sure to leave space between them, as in the process of cooking they will increase one and a half to two times.

We load the container into the multicooker and set the "Steaming" mode, the time is 20 minutes. After the time has passed, put on a plate. Sprinkle lightly with grated dark chocolate! Bon Appetit!
