Danish salad with ham: the whole gamut of taste in one plate

Ingredients:

200 gr. ham
1 red bell pepper
1 can of canned peas
1 can of canned honey mushrooms
100 g hard cheese
mayonnaise
dill
green onions
salt

Preparation:

1. Ham for salad is best taken from chicken or turkey. That is, the one that is drier and faster.

Cut the ham into long cubes or strips. But not very thin.

2. Wash the bell pepper. You can use a fresh, but much tastier salad with baked paprika.

Remove the seeds and the stalk, chop the pepper itself into cubes.

3. Drain all the liquid from the mushrooms. You can even rinse them lightly and grind them if large ones come across.

However, if possible, you need to save small mushrooms with caps - it tastes better.

4. Grate cheese. Oddly enough, just hard cheese is not suitable for this salad.

It's best to have a little Dutch, but Gouda or Parmesan cheese will also work.

5. Wash dill and onions, shake off moisture and chop.

6. Combine all prepared foods in a bowl, put green peas and herbs. Season with salt and mayonnaise.

You can add chopped garlic or fresh tomatoes to the salad.
