So the first thing you need to look in your refrigerator, look for products that are in it, and get rid of those hazards, which do not allow us to lose weight.

But once we have decided to lose weight, get rid of the product - it does not mean all of them to eat! All products in which at the end of the expiration date - ruthlessly throw good and expensive products, damaging weight loss - prepare and organize a holiday too thin is not on a diet, which certainly exist in every family).

We got rid of the hazards? Now is the time to make a list of products that will be your companions throughout the weight loss and weight maintenance.

Meat:

As you can see, the list of basic products is large enough and diverse. Can be cooked many delicious dishes. But do not forget that moderation - is the key to the success of our diet.
