I cook practically without oil. It turns out very tasty!

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE an air fryer or airfryer, YOU CAN COOK SUCH POTATOES IN THE OVEN!

I did this before)) To do this, put the potatoes on a baking sheet (preferably using a silicone mat or parchment). It is important here! You need to take good quality parchment (smooth) or grease the paper with oil so that the potatoes do not stick.

I cook potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring constantly. I set the temperature to 220 degrees.
