I divide the potatoes into 3 parts. I'll make three different dressings. Three completely different flavors.

I don't add salt right away!
I add spices to potatoes and mix well.
I put it in the bowl of the air fryer. You can use an airfryer.
I cook for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. I put the finished potatoes on a plate and only now I'm salt.
First recipe
• Potatoes - 500-600 g
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. L. (incomplete)
• Savory - 0.5 tsp.
• Turmeric - 1 tsp.
• Nutmeg - a pinch
• Coriander (I have peas) - 1 tsp. (crush in a mortar)
Second recipe
• Potatoes - 500-600 g

• Paprika - 1 tsp.
• Red hot pepper - 1/3 tsp.
• Dried onions - 1 tsp.
• Pepper mix - pinch
Third recipe
• Potatoes - 500-600 g
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. L. (incomplete)
• Dried dill - 1 tsp.
• Granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp.
