I got the recipe for this delicious burger from Jamie Oliver in one of his programs. He spoke so deliciously about him that he wanted to repeat his success herself, as much as possible, in my kitchen. I cooked it the other day, my husband liked it so much that he said to cook every weekend until he gets bored! 🥺

You can buy burgers for burgers in the store, but I made myself, there was a time and a desire, especially since it is not difficult to prepare them. There are many recipes for bun dough on the Internet.

The most interesting thing is the filling. For her, you need minced meat, to which I added finely chopped onions, dry garlic and Provencal herbs. Mixed well and formed small balls. From 250 grams of minced meat, I got 19 pieces.

I poured some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fried the buns cut along the length.

Then I pour some more oil into the same frying pan and send meat balls into it. The pan must be well preheated so that they quickly gilded. I do not stir the balls with a spatula, I just stir the pan so that they are browned on all sides.

After the meatballs are fried, send any tomato sauce to the pan. I diluted one tablespoon of tomato paste with water to the consistency I needed and added salt, dry garlic and Provencal herbs.

Let the meatballs boil in the sauce for 5-7 minutes. Now on each ball you need to put one piece of cheese and cover with a lid for just one minute so that the cheese melts.

And now you can collect the burger itself. On the bun, I pour 1-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, in which the meatballs were prepared, sprinkle with green onions on top.

On top I lay out still hot meatballs in cheese, 3-4 pieces and cover with the second part of the bun.

Believe me, it’s so delicious that it’s impossible to come off! No McDonald's beats a homemade burger! Besides the fact that the burger is incredibly tasty, we also know exactly what is in its composition.
