A quick dinner in one bowl. I call it "For the Lazy". It turns out delicious with any meat and any cereal

A very simple recipe. You can cook with any meat and any cereal. It always turns out very tasty! Today I have a turkey fillet with buckwheat and vegetables. This is possible even for those who for some reason adhere to a diet!

I cut the fillet not very finely. I add salt and seasoning of vegetables and herbs. You can use any of your favorite spices. There is also a little oil. Stir and leave for several hours. You can cook right away, but the meat tastes much better when it stands.

I put my buckwheat groats in a greased form.

I spread the turkey slices on top.

I add a mixture of frozen vegetables here (I have green beans, bell peppers, green peas and corn). I fill it with water, cover with foil and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.

I cook for 20 minutes under foil. Then I remove the foil - and another 15 minutes without the foil.

See this recipe in great detail in the video below at 01:52. There are also 4 more recipes "for the lazy", as I call them. Look - you will like it))

Here is the finished dish. Delicious crumbly flavored buckwheat with vegetables and the most tender juicy meat! Highly recommend!

• Buckwheat - 220 g
• Turkey - 500 g
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
• Mix of frozen vegetables - 250 g
• Water - 500 ml
• Salt
• Vegetable seasoning - 1 tbsp. How I prepare this seasoning, see the video below - there is also a recipe for sun-dried tomatoes, dried meat and methods for drying vegetables for the winter. Look - there are many interesting things))
