Friends from Vladivostok sent delicious crab sticks: now I'm preparing my favorite salad every other day (without mayonnaise)

Bright, fresh and delicious salad with crab sticks. Of course, the taste of the salad is very dependent on the taste of the crab sticks, so you need to choose the right one! I was lucky - recently my friends sent a whole box of delicious crab sticks, so on the New Year's table I will definitely have my favorite salad and Snegurochka cake!

HOW TO COOK:

First, I'll prepare the dressing. Combine olive oil in a deep plate - 2 tablespoons, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a little honey, a teaspoon of lemon juice and mustard (about 1/2 tsp). I stir it.

I tear lettuce leaves into a bowl with my hands. I take two types of salad - it tastes better. You can take Chinese cabbage instead of salad. It is better to cut the cabbage with a knife.

Now here - fresh herbs (I have parsley), cucumber strips and tomato slices.

I also cut sweet peppers and crab sticks into strips.

I combine everything in a bowl and fill with the prepared dressing. I stir it. And you can serve it right away. But if the salad is infused a little, it will become even tastier.

• Crab sticks - 250 g
• Lettuce leaves (I take two types)
• Parsley • Cucumber - 1 pc.
• Cherry tomatoes - 6-7 pcs.
• Sweet peppers - 1-2 pcs.
For refueling:
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
• Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
• Honey - 0.5 tsp.
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
• Mustard - 0.5 tsp.
