This is the most successful manna recipe I know! It always turns out lush, tender and very, very tasty. If you have never cooked a manna or for some reason you didn’t get it, try this recipe. I am 100% sure of him. you can cook it both in the oven and in the multicooker - always a great result! And the recipe is very simple. You just need to remember a couple of subtleties))

I take all recipes at room temperature. Kefir should not be cold - this is important! I pour 500 ml of kefir into a bowl, add 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise. I mix everything well with a whisk. I sift half a glass of flour into another container. I add 1.5 cups of semolina and a glass of sugar to the flour. I mix the dry ingredients and pour in the kefir-egg mixture to them. I mix until smooth and leave on the table for 40-50 minutes. This is also required))

Now I add 0.5 tsp to the melted butter (40 g). soda. Exactly! I don't immediately add soda to the dough. This is also very important. The oil must not be hot! If desired, butter can be replaced with margarine. Add oil and soda to the dough and mix well.

Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with semolina. I pour out the dough. The diameter of my mold is 26 cm.

Preheat the oven to 180˚C and bake for 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven! It may take a little more time. I check for readiness with a wooden stick. I leave the finished cake in the form to cool slightly.

Then I slice and serve! Here is such a beautiful and very tasty cake! It always works!

• Sugar - 1 glass
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Butter (or margarine) - 40 g
