Unleavened dough patties with potatoes

Ingredients:

0.5 liters of warm kefir (not heated!)
1 hour l. soda without top
2 hours l. Sahara
0.5 tsp l. salt
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
3 cups flour

For filling:

potatoes
vegetable oil
onion
salt

How to cook:

1. First you need to take care of the filling. It is good when there is a poyure left over from dinner or lunch. And if not, then the potatoes need to be boiled, mashed and mixed with onions fried in vegetable oil. Salt.

2. Warm kefir (leave on the table in advance) mix with butter, salt and sugar. Add sifted flour and baking soda and knead the dough. There are no eggs in the recipe, but you can add.

3. Leave the dough on the table for 15-20 minutes. Some people recommend refrigerating. But no more than 1 hour.

4. As soon as the filling is ready and it cools down, you need to divide the dough into balls. Then roll each one out on a floured surface.

5. Put the potato filling in the middle of the dough cake, shape into a pie and pinch the edges.

6. Fry such unleavened pies with potatoes in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil. Hot are very good!

The filling can be varied. For example, grate cheese with sausage or sausage, take fried minced meat or mushrooms, rice with eggs, stewed apples.

I do not advise with jam, since the dough diverges from it. With the rest, it always works!
