How to make apple pancakes? Of course, you can puree apples or add apple juice instead of kefir. But I cook differently. I love it when there are a lot of apples, but a little flour. It turns out very tasty! Delicate, sweet and sour, with a bright baked apple taste.

Peel the apples and rub them on a coarse grater.

Add an egg, a pinch of salt, sugar and stir.

Now 2-3 tbsp. flour. It's enough. Here's what happens:

I spread the apple "dough" with a spoon in a frying pan with heated oil and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Can be served with honey or jam. But I like these pancakes with homemade sour cream the most.

Ingredients:

• Apples (preferably sour) - 4 pcs.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Salt - a pinch
• Sugar - 2 tbsp. (no slide)
• Flour - 2-3 tbsp.
