  • Leave the dough for half an hour at room temperature.

  • Add olive oil and stir in the dough in the same way.

  • Take out the dough and stretch it into a square.
  • Fold the square in several layers and place in a bowl.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, preferably a day.

  • The tortilla dough should be at room temperature.
Preheat oven with baking sheet to 250 ° C.
