The simplest pie recipe from the most common products. Very tasty, besides! I also cook it in the post. I call this cake the "magic wand".
How I prepare it (with my brief explanations), see the video below. There are also 4 more of the same simple and budget recipes for pies. Look - you will like it))
Here's what you need for this cake:
• Tea brew 230 ml (2 tsp or 2 sachets)
• Sugar - 60-70 g
• Jam (any) - 3 tbsp.
• Flour - 250 g
• Baking powder - 16-18 g
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Cooking is very, very simple. Mix everything - and bake!
First you need to brew tea. If suddenly there is no tea - instant coffee or even the most ordinary water will do! But with tea brew, I like it the most. I pour the chilled tea leaves into a bowl.
I add jam. Absolutely anyone! It is desirable, of course, pitted. Even candied will do! I usually use the one that stays and "bored" in the refrigerator.
I also add a little sugar, salt and vegetable oil here. If the jam is very sweet, you do not need to add sugar (!)
I mix everything and gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder. The baking powder must be fresh! Never use an open bag - it will not "work" and the dough may not rise! The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
Grease the mold with oil and pour the dough into it. I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. But, of course, look at your oven. The cake should rise well and brown.
Serving sprinkled with icing sugar.
