It is not even immediately clear what kind of meat it is! Spicy, insanely aromatic, juicy, very tender, slightly sweetish in taste and incredibly tasty! Plus vegetables and mushrooms... It's easy to prepare. And a minimum of dirty dishes!
COOKING:
My chicken fillet, dry it with paper towels and cut it into strips.
In a bowl I combine soy sauce, spices, vegetable oil, honey, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) and black pepper. This is a marinade for meat. It should turn out harmoniously sweet-sour-salty.
I put the chopped chicken fillet in the dressing and mix. I send the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. But the longer the meat is marinated, the tastier the dish will turn out!
I have marinated for 8 hours. I take it out of the refrigerator and add chopped vegetables (onions, carrots, bell peppers) and mushrooms.
Salt to taste and mix.
I put it all in a baking bag. I'm tying it.
I spread it on a baking sheet, prick the bag with a needle in several places and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
All. The dish is ready! Serve with any side dish. I have homemade noodles today. But we often eat even without a side dish - just with a piece of fresh bread))
RECIPE:
• Chicken fillet - 600 g
• Champignons - 250-300 g
• Sweet pepper - 1-2 pcs.
• Onions - 1-2 pcs.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Soy sauce - 50 g
• Apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) - 2 tablespoons.
• Spices - 1 tsp.
• Honey - 1 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
• Ground black pepper
