I cook pies, whites, buns, flatbreads, pies with different fillings, pizza from it. The dough is versatile, simple and delicious.
If you haven't tried this recipe, I recommend it. Although I love to "tinker" with the dough, but most often I cook according to this recipe! It takes FIVE minutes to cook! No need to cook dough, no need to knead for a long time. I just combine all the ingredients - and in the refrigerator.
I usually cook this dough in the evening. And in the morning I cook))
This dough can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Does not overoxidize. If left, you can freeze. After defrosting the product, it is no worse))
Here's what I'm making from this test:
Ingredients:
Milk - 500 ml
Wheat flour - 5 stack. (700 g)
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast (dry - small bag) - 11 g
How to cook:
Very simple! Everyone will succeed!
In a bowl I combine 4 cups of sifted flour and dry yeast (I take those that are added immediately to the flour). I add sugar, salt, vegetable oil and gradually pour in warm milk.
Then add the remaining flour in portions. It may take a little less flour (the video clearly shows what the dough should turn out to be. You don't need to knead. The dough is sticky.
I put it in a bag and send it to the refrigerator. I usually use 2 packages. It is more comfortable. I do not tie the bag (I leave the dough with a place to rise)
You can cook in an hour. But it's better to wait 2-3 hours. This is how the dough looks after 3 hours in the refrigerator:
