How I turn regular zucchini into a delicious snack in just 10 minutes

Now it's summer and there are a lot of zucchini! Therefore, every day in our menu there is a dish of zucchini. And every day is new.

Today I will share a recipe for a spicy snack. These zucchini are very good for rice. And to the meat, of course. Spicy lovers will definitely appreciate it!

How to cook

I cut the zucchini into cubes.

Prepare the sauce right away. In a bowl I mix soy sauce, paprika, red hot peppers, coriander, honey, mustard and garlic (using a press).

I heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. A couple of spoons are enough. I spread the zucchini and fry with constant stirring for 5-6 minutes over high heat. The zucchini will brown slightly.

I add the prepared sauce. And I fry for a couple of minutes.

Delicious, spicy and aromatic zucchini are ready! Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds on top. And you can serve!

RECIPE:

• Zucchini - 700 g
• Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp.
• Honey - 0.5 tsp.
• Mustard - 1 tsp.
• Paprika - 1 tsp.
• Red hot pepper - 1/3 tsp.
• Coriander (ground) - 0.5 tsp.
• Garlic - 1-2 teeth.
• Sesame 1 tbsp.
