Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I switched to aboutproper nutrition and calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of58kg.

Another plateau has been overcome and I finally have a new figure on the scales and a new milestone. How did I overcome it? I just waited and maintained my calorie deficit. And given that the plateau decided to overtake me around the beginning of December and lasted until mid-January on the New Year's holidays - sometimes I even went over the calories.

I wonder how soon I will celebrate minus 60 kg?

By my birthday, which is at the end of February, I can hardly say goodbye to another 2 kg. Yet the extra pounds go away hard, not like at 132 kg. Then, a year and 9 months ago, the weight just flew down.

Saturday promised to be busy.

Early breakfast, for which I have two boiled eggs and sandwiches on whole grain bread (25 g) with cottage cheese (10 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (45 g) and green tea.

Breakfast turned out to be 355 kcal.

After breakfast we went on business to Moscow. I was there at 8000 steps, not a lot, but not a little, considering that we were not walking, but doing business.

In the afternoon, we also stopped by my husband's parents, where we were deliciously fed.

I didn’t plan to arrange a download day for myself today. But somehow everything went by itself.

It all started out great, with TSP spaghetti and stewed chicken liver. A little cucumber and tomatoes with cheese and garlic.

But I also needed to try the ham to know how it tasted and whether it could be bought.

And then there were continuous temptations. I was persuaded for a slice of strawberry pie. Having broken a little, I tried it (a very small piece).

But I don't have a photo of all this chaos, why should I remember about a photo when there is such a binge of food)).

In general, then in the evening I figured out about everything that I had for lunch, smoothly flowing into afternoon tea and it turned out - 800 kcal!

Well, go for a walk like that, I thought, and warmed myself a light chicken broth (300 g) for dinner, to which I added 40 g of boiled TSP vermicelli - 160 kcal.

But I didn't stop there. Today we stopped by Losinka and, finally, I bought myself some dried fruits.

Let's walk! 30 g dates and 35 g dried persimmons - 200 kcal.

As a result, my day today is 1515 kcal.

I didn't want to load - but it worked.

By the way, my calorie intake is 1790. This, I also got what kind of deficit.

And he knows what I want to say. Today I didn’t even eat my norm (according to rough estimates), but I ate as never before. I tried everything I wanted.
Why am I doing this? And besides, having built on a deficit and having gone to maintain weight, you will no longer want as much food as before. You already feel that it is too much. You already understand that you don't have to reach for a large piece of cake, it is better to eat a small one, but you will remain with a slender figure, which it was so difficult to achieve.
And the fear of many - that now you have to count calories all your life, practically not eat - is not justified.

And I also want to share with you today this. Today I tasted dried persimmon for the first time. Surely there are people like me who have never tried?

I have wanted for a long time, but somehow her appearance confused me:

But I made up my mind and bought only a couple of things to try. I like it. True, the dried-cured taste loses a little, it is not so saturated, but in my opinion. Naturally, in season, it is better to eat fresh persimmons. But for persimmon lovers, this is the way out. There is always jerky).

The only thing I did not understand is what the persimmon is sprinkled with. This is the white thing on the peel. It looks like flour or powdered sugar) It tastes just barely sweet. Who knows what this is?
