This is not just yeast dough, but a dream dream. This recipe is especially suitable for novice cooks and those who do not have time to cook. The recipe is easy, and most importantly, you can adapt it to absolutely any filling (potatoes, sausages, minced meat).

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Milk
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 40 grams Dry yeast
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 600 grams Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt

Steps

Preparation In warm (not much hot) milk, dissolve the sl. oil, yeast, sugar, salt.

Mix well, then add flour, knead the dough.

Pour in the flour gradually so that there are no lumps, cover with cling film (I did not cover, I used a special bowl for kneading the dough) and leave to rise for an hour ⏰. The dough will double in volume.

Divide the dough into 7 equal parts (if left, you can finish the baursaks or pies😊)

Roll out small cakes

Fry in a cast iron skillet on both sides until blush.

Place on a plate.
