How I cook rice with vegetables as a side dish for a friable festive table. I share the recipe

Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share the recipe pisa with vegetables in a pan. A simple and very tasty side dish, and goes well with meat and fish dishes. I love serving it on the festive table, as it looks appetizing and, of course, the most important thing is that it is delicious.

Recipe:

Rice -300gr.

Butter - to taste

Carrots -150g.

Green peas -150g.

Salt -1 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

Seasoning for pilaf - to taste

COOKING METHOD

Rice 300 grams well rinse until clear water, I have basmati rice.

Cut the carrots into cubes 150 grams. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, you can take butter.

Put the carrots, fry a little for about 1 minute, add 150 g frozen green peas and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Add washed rice, put 1 tsp. salt, add butter to taste, I add 40 grams, put black pepper, you can add seasoning to the pilaf and mix.

Fill with water. Pour in 450 ml of water. We close the lid, as the rice boils, mix the fire immediately, reduce it and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and leave under a closed lid for 10-15 minutes.

Now we mix the garnish and can be served with meat or fish. Very tasty especially hot.
