I'll tell you how to bake a very delicate pie that is perfect for lunch or dinner on the weekend. I recommend serving it with fragrant tea in a friendly company or in a warm family circle.

Sour cream pie with potatoes and fish

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour
0.5 tsp l. soda
150 gr. sour cream
2 pinches of salt
4 eggs
0.5 kg fillet of pollock or other low-bone fish
2 onions
3-4 boiled potatoes
1 hour l. apple cider vinegar
a pinch of black pepper
vegetable oil
bunch of green onions
120 ml mayonnaise

How to cook:

1. You need to start with the test. To do this, beat the cooled eggs in a large bowl with a couple of pinches of salt. Pour in a little flour and pour sour cream with mayonnaise here.

2. Quench the soda with vinegar, add to the batter and mix everything thoroughly. Pour in the remaining flour, knead a little thin dough.

3. Take a round baking dish and grease well with vegetable oil.

4. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, put the potatoes in a mold along the bottom.

5. Chop the peeled onion into rings and place it on top of the potatoes.

6. Cut the fish into small cubes and place on the onion layer, distribute evenly. Sprinkle the filling with salt and black pepper.

7. Add green onions to the fish. Then pour over everything in the form with sour cream dough, if necessary to level.

8. Place the piece in a hot oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 190 degrees.

A fluffy and tender pie with potatoes and fish is ready!
