After my saltison no one else buys the shop sausage. Saltison I get very tasty, you can swallow your tongue. And most importantly, it is inexpensive and much healthier than the sausage from the store. Try it!

Ingredients:

chicken fillet
chicken hearts
chicken stomachs
chicken liver
gelatin
salt
spice

We need 200 grams of chicken fillet. You can take the breast, or you can take the meat from the legs. I like it from the legs more. Cut the fillet into small pieces.

We also cut 300 g of chicken hearts and 300 g of chicken ventricles. We also need 300 grams of liver, it must also be cut into pieces.

Mix all the ingredients, except for the liver, add salt and spices to taste. As for spices, I only use black pepper and dried garlic.

Now we take 4 tablespoons of water (or better chicken broth), add 1.5 tablespoons of gelatin, stir well and pour the meat with giblets (except for the liver).

We put everything in some form, for example, for a cake, cover it with a layer of foil on top - and in the oven. Cook at 180 degrees for about 1-1.5 hours. 15 minutes before readiness - add the liver. You don't need to add it right away with all the ingredients, because it cooks very quickly. If you see that there is very little liquid, add two to three tablespoons before.

Then we cool the saltison and put it in the refrigerator for several hours until it solidifies completely. If you want a round shape, like a sausage, then transfer the hot mass to a plastic bottle, from which you need to cut off the top. Then just cut it open and take it off. That's all. Very tasty!

By the way, I saw recipes in which saltison needs to be prepared in a juice bag. I strongly advise against cooking this way, because during the cooking process (and it is long), toxic substances can be released from the bag.
