For breakfast today I have a rice pancake with curd cheese and lightly salted chum salmon.

Instead of oatmeal, I wanted to try to cook a rice pancake.

For the rice pancake, I used 55 g of soft cottage cheese, one chicken egg, 25 g of whole grain rice flour, salt and baking powder.

She baked a pancake in a non-stick frying pan, pshiknuv on it a couple of times from the oil spray.

My rice pancake turned out to be more magnificent than oatmeal usually, very appetizing, in my opinion (2 photos show how magnificent it is).

Lubricated it with 30 g of curd cheese and laid out 70 g of salted chum salmon. It’s a pity I didn’t have lettuce leaves - then the eye would also be happy.

Breakfast for 465 kcal. I ate from the heart.

And as usual on weekdays, and sometimes on weekends, work follows after breakfast. Nothing interesting. I sit in my cozy corner, in a comfortable armchair at a laptop:

And just a year ago, I did not have my cozy corner for work. In a rented apartment I had everything - a computer table and a computer. But when we took out an apartment on a mortgage and moved, our old furniture did not fit into the situation at all, and we didn’t want to clutter up the apartment with old stuff. They left all their furniture (there was a minimum of it) to the owners of the rented apartment.

Wherever I tried to work - both in the kitchen at the table and on the couch with a laptop stand - everything is wrong. And about a year ago I was able to buy myself an armchair that fit into the interior, and in which I feel comfortable, cozy and work well.

But sometimes I have to fight with a cat for a "place in the sun" - as soon as I get up - my place is immediately taken.

And today I once again realized how good it is that I don't have time to put on a marafet, dress up and put on makeup, so that I can come to work with a face, so that no one will ask if I'm sick πŸ˜‚. Do you know this? I constantly had women's collectives and oh, how familiar such situations are.

But lately, at home, I have wanted some kind of beauty, details that I would not dare to wear on the way out, so that my eyes would rejoice when passing by the mirror.

There are things you have that you boldly wear at home, but never go out in them. And now I'm not talking about home clothes, which are comfortable and worn out, because they are loved.

Slowly at work, it was time for a snack.

I still had a small piece of a casserole with cottage cheese, lavash, raspberries and black currants (140 g). So I had a snack with them, complementing the snack with coffee with milk (30 g) and vanilla syrup (15 g).

The snack came out on 235 kcal

For lunch, gratin with potatoes and turkey drumstick, which I cooked for dinner yesterday. As expected, there is still a gratin for tonight's dinner.

250 g gratin - 340 kcal.

Let the gratin in the photo be not very appetizing on the second day, and the fried crust after being transferred from the mold to the container suffered and ran away somewhere, but it is delicious.

For dinner, I sent a chicken roll with vegetable scrambled eggs and cheese to bake in the oven. I decided to bake a large roll so that it would last for several days again.

Although I try to free up some time for rest and doing what I love by the end of the year, it does not always work out.

I would love to cook every day - I would have ideas for what to cook. But besides cooking, you also need to work.

The other day the girls showed their creativity. Someone knits chic things, someone is engaged in decoupage. Do not take your eyes off the work. And I came to the conclusion that my hobby is to cook. I like the process and I don't buy yarn or dyes, but various useful things for the kitchen.

And probably, if it were not for cooking, changing recipes, experimenting in the kitchen - I would not have been blogging for so long.

While cooking, I decided to pamper myself with a sea buckthorn drink. And since I still can't raise my calorie by another 50-100 kcal (psychological something), I decided to outwit myself. Sea buckthorn drink with a spoonful of honey did not count in calories. I'm so cunning! πŸ˜‚

And for the chicken roll for dinner I had a vegetable salad. 200 g of roll and 160 g of vegetable salad dressed with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil turned out to 410 kcal.

The result of the day is 1450 kcal. B - 131, F - 60, U - 88. And plus a sea buckthorn drink with honey! For the first time, "ignorance" makes me happy - it happens when counting caloriesπŸ˜‰.
