Ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, milk, yeast (dry), sl. butter, Filling:, chocolate, nut, Light oil (optional)
Cooking method:
Cooking dough: dilute yeast with 1 tsp in warm milk. sugar from the total mass, 1 tbsp. l flour. Cover with foil and put in heat for 15 minutes. Combine the dough with an egg (room temperature), salt and sugar. Next, sift the flour in portions.
Knead the dough, gradually adding soft butter and knead until the dough becomes plastic. You don't need to add flour. Cover the finished dough and put it in heat for 1-1.5 hours.
Prepare the filling until the dough comes up. Chop chocolate and nuts in a blender or grate.
Knead the finished dough and divide into three equal parts. Roll out circles with a diameter of 20-24 cm. Transfer immediately to a baking sheet with parchment. The dough can be greased with sl. butter and cover with a chocolate-nut mixture. Then we repeat with the second layer, with the third we bury everything.
Mark the center with a ring, a glass) and cut into 16 segments. We turn every two segments two turns from the center and then connect the edges into a single beam. So we repeat 7 more times. Then cover the cake with a mixture of yolk + 1 tbsp. milk. We bake at 190-200 gr, 25 min.
Take out, cover with sugar powder.
