Chicken - 600 g

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Sea salt - 1 tsp

Ground black pepper - to taste

Lean oil - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 3 cloves

How to cook:

To fry chicken in a pan, prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Buy a chicken carcass for this recipe of small weight and size, grams for a maximum of 600-700. Wash the bird, dry it, remove the remains of feathers, if necessary, tar it over the burner.

Place the chicken on a cutting board or flat surface. Using a sharp knife, cut along the breast from throat to abdomen, open. Pour lemon juice on the carcass, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, leave for a while to marinate the meat. If the chicken breast is large, then it is better to cover it with cling film and slightly beat off with a wooden rolling pin.

Now heat some unscented vegetable oil in a large skillet, put the chicken in it first with the back down. Take any container with a thick bottom, fill it with water and place it on top of the carcass exactly in the middle.
