Why are short-term diets not working and giving permanent results?

Slow weight loss assumes a comfortable diet without fasting and stress for the body. A small calorie deficit is easier to tolerate.
Whereas rapid weight loss not only negatively affects the work of the digestive tract, but is also fraught with food disruptions, and therefore a set of extra pounds again.
Here is the answer, why we gain weight after a diet, why we walk in circles and cannot keep the weight.
For a short-term diet, our food habits do not change, we do not learn to control nutrition and consciously approach food and food choices.
Usually, a diet for us is a time when we need to suffer a little, and then we can return to normal nutrition. And this is another reason for gaining weight again.
Only constant control of nutrition, only a conscious choice of foods and food will help to become slim and maintain slimness.
β Today I have collected for you a few facts about weight loss that may surprise you, since there are many weight loss myths that some still believe in:
- there is no "local" weight loss,
- slimming procedures (massage, body wrap, etc.) do not break down fats - they only stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic drainage,
- bath, sauna - do not help to lose weight, but only remove water, stimulate blood circulation,
- cellulite and excess weight are not the same thing. Cellulite is a violation of the water-salt balance, hormonal levels, and excess weight is mainly a consequence of overeating and lack of physical activity,
- Low-calorie food does not mean the most useful. Many foods containing a huge amount of calories per 100 g, which are very useful and recommended for inclusion in the diet (for example, olive oil),
- calories from liquids (except water) should also be taken into account - they carry energy to the body (juice, cappuccino, etc.).
And by tradition, I will show my menu on calorie counting.
Breakfast - scrambled eggs from two eggs and 35 g of bread, dried in a toaster with 40 g of fish paste for green tea.
Went out breakfast for 380 kcal.
For percus, I cut a cucumber (100 g) into thick circles, put cream cheese (30 g) and 65 g of salted chum salmon on it.
It turned out to be a fresh and tasty appetizer - I really love this one.
And green tea is a must - it should always be at my fingertips, I work better with it.
The snack turned out to be 240 kcal.
I thought I'd have a snack and continue to work, but no. I hung up, reading your comments - I forgot about everything. But I pulled myself together in about 30 minutes.
It's good that everything was prepared for dinner in advance!
For lunch I have 120 g of boiled buckwheat, 150 g of chicken roll with vegetable scrambled eggs and 100 g of cherry tomatoes.
Happened 390 kcal.
By the evening my head ached - I didn't want to do anything at all. How can one not believe in meteorological dependence here? It's snowing - everything is covered with snow and everyone around them complains about their well-being.
For dinner I didn't want to cook anything and again ate chicken roll (200 g) and vegetable salad (200 g of vegetables), seasoned with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil. Happened 420 kcal.
And again I decided to deceive myself - as an unaccounted for I have an evening drink with sea buckthorn, orange and a spoonful of honey. So I raise my calorie intake, stepping over the psychological moments that are incomprehensible to me, but available.
For some reason, the postman Pechkin came to mind with his phrase: βWhy was I so angry? Because I didn't have a bicycle "?
So it is with me: "Why did I drink a little sea buckthorn drink? Because I didn't have a kettle! "π
As a result, in a day it turned out to be 1430 kcal and plus a sea buckthorn drink.

Drinking regimen and exercise will always help with a calorie deficit. Today, in addition to charging, I have two excursions to the street - I felt like the conqueror of Everest for some reasonπ.
