Today I will talk about the Chinese method of relaxation and health promotion with just two walnuts. Mentions of this method date back to the first centuries BC. Despite the antiquity of this technique, it has not lost its relevance today. The essence of the method is in massaging hands with walnuts. Important, that fruits should be selected as much as possible with a gnarled shell, so that it has as many protrusions and grooves as possible. The massage is carried out using three main exercises:

1. Rotation of two walnuts in the palm of your hand. It turns out something like a rosary, soothes and relaxes in just a minute. In addition to the relaxing effect, massage with walnuts also has a healing character. As a gnarled nut shell very well massages the active points of the human body, which are on the palms. 2. Clamp two nuts between your palms and rub your hands as if. It is not necessary to press hard so that it does not hurt. Perform until hands are hot. By the way, massage with two nuts is very convenient, as they fit easily into your pocket, and they can be taken anywhere.

3. The third exercise is in the massage of the back of the hand. We put our palms on top of each other, as in the photo and drive in a circular motion. In addition to these three exercises, you can massage the nut between your fingers or simply twist the fruit with three fingers, for example, while working. I checked all the exercises personally, I have been doing them for two weeks every day, excellent relaxing feel right away.
