Good afternoon! Today we have a small special project together with the author of the well-known public "From Odessa with carrots"And concurrently our author - Denis. We decided to reproduce the dish as in the advertisement.

Today we will try to do it "as in the picture" in the Rollton ad. What's on the box is in the box!

Hello honest people. Today I want to remind you of my old and proven version based on Asian street food.

Noodles in this combination help me out from time to time. This is prepared quickly and usually leaves no one indifferent. I propose to cook and see for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 300g
  • Carrots - 1pc
  • Sweet pepper - 1pc
  • Chives - a few feathers
  • Noodles. Wheat, rice or udon. 200g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 6pcs
  • Chili pepper- quarter pod
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Shaoxing wine - 1 st. (replaced by dry Sherry, Mirin. Or if not, it is removed altogether)
  • Starch - 2 tsp (corn or potato)
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. (sunflower or corn)
  • Soy sauce - 1 sc. L.
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame oil - 2 tsp

How to cook:

1. Prepare food. Peel the fillet, and spread the rest of the products nearby, because when the process begins, there will be no time for preparation at all.

2. Cut the meat into cubes. Or straws. Who is used to it.

3. Add starch and salt to the meat. Mix

4. Peel the carrots and cut them into short and thin strips.

5. Cut the bell peppers into strips.

6. Chop the garlic and chili.

7. Heat the wok until a slight haze appears. Pour in 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat in portions until golden brown over the highest heat. In a well-heated wok (or a simple skillet), it takes 3-4 minutes in small portions. Place the finished meat separately. Season with salt and pepper.

8. Pour in the remaining oil, add garlic and immediately carrots. Mix. Cook for a minute.

9. Pour in sweet pepper. Pour Shaoxing wine over the wall (if using)

10. Return the toasted meat to the wok and heat everything together for a minute.

11. Add noodles. It can be cooked in advance by following the instructions on the package. And keep warm until main cooking. Mix the noodles with the rest of the ingredients. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil. Cook for another minute, stirring the contents. Add coarsely chopped green onions, chili and remove from heat. If suddenly in the process it seems that it came out dry and interferes with difficulty, you can pour a little water along the wall, splash soy or Shaoxing wine or sherry.

12. Add cherry at the end of cooking. Warm up for half a minute and remove from heat.

As you can see, it turned out just like in the picture on the box.

The expectation of instant noodles is this, but the reality is, of course, a little different.
