How to cook
I pre-thawed the fish on a shelf in the refrigerator, cleaned it and washed it well.
I cut the fish into pieces. And put it in a frying pan with hot oil. I don’t salt the fish or add any spices.
Fry over high heat on one side. 3-4 minutes will be enough. Then I turn the fish over.
And add a few spoons of borsch dressing on top. I pour in a little water and simmer under the lid over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Then I turn off the heat and leave it under the lid for another 5 minutes. And that's it! You can try!

Fish (I have a hake) - 900 g
Dressing for borscht - 250 g
I usually use my dressing for this recipe (the recipe I shared HERE), but today I added a ready-made dressing from the store. (see the end of the article). The taste is excellent. There are already spices and salt in the right amount.
