The result made me laugh :)
By tradition, a couple of comments that were left for me under the video where I printed the bow a month later (video at the end):
I decided to conduct an experiment on how long the onion will be stored if it is sealed in a vacuum bag.
But first I checked how long the peppers and tomatoes are enough (or rather, how long they do not deteriorate without air). Answer: two to three weeks! But for the same two weeks, tomatoes can be stored simply in a vegetable drawer without any vacuum. But I still liked it! I "overexposed" the vegetables a little, and I did it on purpose! I printed the package only after two months ...
But in the beginning, still the bow. After all, the article is about him.
I washed it, dried it thoroughly and sealed it. I put it in the refrigerator. Not in the freezer! And just in the refrigerator - in the vegetable drawer.
After a week and after 2 weeks, the onions looked great. As freshly sealed. But then the bag got lost and I found it a month later.
This is how it looked:
There is a lot of moisture in the bag, the onion has become somewhat soft and not at all photogenic. I printed the package... the smell of rotten onions! Very unpleasant smell, very! And the bow itself is slippery and wet.
In general, here is:
But I didn’t throw away the tomatoes and peppers! Although something similar happened to them. But after two months.
Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo after two months. We ate these vegetables quickly)) They became soft, but they turned out like soaked in taste, only without salt. Add salt - and the barrel is not needed!
Delicious! But not fresh! Tell us, are you experimenting with storing vegetables? Write in the comments how you store green onions and how long does it last for you?
Here is a video where I print out onions (there are 7 more recipes for scrambled eggs). Onion at 09:21. Take a look - you will like:
