How to cook

First, I prepare the dressing. I mix sour cream, a little mustard, herbs and mayonnaise in a deep plate. I have homemade mayonnaise (with milk). At the end of the article, I will leave a link to several recipes for homemade mayonnaise.

Salad dressing

RECIPE:

• Crab sticks - 200 g
• Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
• Cheese - 100 g
• Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.
• Tomatoes
• Green onions
• Dill
• Mustard - 1 tsp.
• Low-fat sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

I cut the crab sticks into small cubes (I leave a few sticks for decoration).

Collect the salad using the serving ring. I put crab sticks on the bottom, then a little dressing.

Then green onions and fresh bell peppers (also diced) and again a little dressing.

Then eggs, dressing, diced tomatoes, finely grated cheese.

On top again, a little dressing, decorate with chopped herbs and lay out the crab sticks in the shape of a chrysanthemum flower. I cut the sticks into thin strips. From the dressing and cheese I make the middle of the flower.

And that's it! I take off the serving ring and serve.
