Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I welcome my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I want to share a recipe for a soup with minced meat "Obzhorka". Our family got this name for a long time, thanks to the fact that it can be cooked even every day and relatives will ask for more.
Delicious, hearty, rich soup, which is prepared in literally 30 minutes, along with preparation, the ingredients are the most affordable. Perfect for an after-party meal.

Recipe:
Minced meat -250 g
Potatoes -3 pcs.
Carrots -1pc.
Bulb onion -1pc
Green onion -50g
Processed cheese -200g
Cream 20% -150ml
Salt -1 tsp (or to taste)
Black pepper - to taste
Water -1.5l
Dill - to taste
COOKING METHOD
And so peel the onion and cut into cubes. Cut one small carrot into small cubes and cut the potatoes into medium cubes. Cut a bunch of green onions.
We take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp, put minced meat 250 grams of any beef I have today. Fry until the liquid evaporates and is light golden. Now add green onions, mix, if there are no green onions, you can skip adding them.
Add salt, black pepper and 3 cloves of garlic passed through a press to the minced meat, mix and remove from heat.
Simultaneously in another pan, I do it right in the pan. Pour in some vegetable oil, put onions and fry until translucent, now add carrots and fry everything together for 2 minutes.
Now put potatoes in a saucepan, fried minced meat with green onions and pour water, I pour hot water from a kettle, pour it so that our soup is not thick and not liquid I need 1.5 liters of water.
Cook the potatoes until tender for 10 minutes.
Now add melted cream cheese 200g, I take it without additives. We taste for salt, add black pepper if necessary. I also add about 150 ml of 20 percent cream. If desired, you can add only cheese or only cream. I like it when both are added.
Add the dill and bring to a boil and remove from heat. The soup is ready. Pour on plates and to the table.
Fast and delicious.
