This Saturday, I decided to give himself the next day download and it consisted entirely of zapreschenki (well, except for breakfast, which was home).

- Breakfast - scrambled eggs in a pita
- Lunch - chicken soup and potato chips, (I did not eat already 8 years old!),
- dinner - rolls.
So on Saturday I had a rest from everything, even from a blog.
And on Sunday with renewed vigor back to a deficit of calories.
For breakfast - sandwiches for wholemeal bread (65 g) with low-fat cheese (30 g) and fish pate (40 g) under Jasmine Green Tea.
I have breakfast at 370 kcal.
At the weekend I decided zamorochitsya with profiteroles. Experiment before the day of her husband's birthday and new year. Wonderful as a snack turns out - profiteroles stuffed.
So after breakfast I kneaded the dough.
I spend a long time thinking, but really - everything was easier and faster than I thought. And how delicious! We ate all the profiteroles at a time. Recipe soon necessarily share.
I had a snack with them.
On undershot - PP profiteroles stuffed with cottage cheese and salted fish (125 g).
The result undershot about 230 kcal.
For lunch 350 g of chicken broth with herbs and meat 100g chicken drumsticks, and 30 g of wholemeal bread.
I get dinner on 300 kcal.
At dinner - roasted turkey drumstick (150 g) and vegetable salad (100 g of tomatoes, herbs, onions), filled with 15 g of 10% cream.

Total for the day came in 1200 kcal. After yesterday downloads, in which the daily caloric was above normal (I think) current 1200 is just right.
