Today I will bring to your attention a recipe for an unusually tasty pie, for the preparation of which you will need the cheapest semolina. But that's not all, there will be more filling - which perfectly matches the semolina base.
It doesn't take you much time to make such a cake, but it turns out the cake is incredibly tasty.
Be sure to try making such a semolina pie at least once: you yourself will be surprised how delicious it is!
πIngredients for making manna with meat:
For the test:
Semolina - 250 g
Kefir (fat content 2.5%) - 500 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Soda - 1 incomplete tsp l.
For filling:
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
Chicken fillet - 500 g
Broth (or just water) - 100-150 ml
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. l. (for frying)
Salt, pepper - to taste
Butter - 30-40 g (for greasing the mold).

Let's start preparing semolina dough, because everyone understands that the semolina needs to be given some time to swell. Pour the semolina into a deep bowl and fill it with kefir. Mix everything thoroughly and leave at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours.
And at this time, we are calmly preparing the filling (we also have time left for cleaning). For the filling, you need to boil the chicken fillet. Although instead of chicken breast, you can use any other meat that you like or have in stock. After the chicken is cooked, take it out of the broth and grind it with a blender or simply scroll it through a regular meat grinder.
And while the meat is being cooked, we have time to prepare all the vegetables, cut the peeled onion into cubes, put it on a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry for a while, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes transparent.
Next, rub the peeled carrots on a coarse grater and add to the onion in the pan. Fry them together for a few more minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Now we combine the fried vegetables with the scrolled chicken meat, salt and pepper a little to taste. Also, for juiciness, you can pour in a little broth in which the meat itself was cooked. Mix everything and bring the filling to taste.
We return to the decoy. She's probably already swollen, has absorbed some of the kefir. Add salt, soda and baking powder here. Drive in 2 eggs.
And mix well. The dough is ready.
We take any suitable baking dish with a diameter of 26-28 cm. I had silicone, but glass, ceramic or metal, whatever you have, will work. Lubricate the inside with butter, and then pour half of the dough onto the bottom.
Distribute the filling evenly from above.
And now we fill in the remaining amount of dough. We send to bake in the oven.

Such a cake is baked in the oven at a temperature of 170-180 degrees, for about half an hour.
