In it, fresh vegetables are perfectly combined with tender chicken meat and aromatic mushrooms. Despite the presence of mayonnaise, the salad turns out to be low-fat and everyone will like it. And a light garlic note gives that very piquancy and favorably sets off the taste.

Ingredients:
- boiled chicken leg - 300 g (1 pc.)
- champignons - 300 g
- Iceberg lettuce (Chinese cabbage) - 200 g
- mayonnaise - 150 g
- cheese - 70 g
- dill - bunch
- garlic - 2 cloves
- vegetable oil - for frying
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Cut 300 g of fresh champignons into plastics. Put the prepared mushrooms in a dry preheated pan. Fry them over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
2. When all the liquid has evaporated from the pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry for another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
At the very end, salt the mushrooms to taste and pepper.
3. Remove the skin from one boiled leg, weighing about 300 g, and remove the meat from the bone.
We divide all the meat into fibers by hand.
4. Cut 150-200 g of iceberg lettuce into large pieces. Iceberg lettuce can be replaced with Chinese cabbage.
5. Cut two medium tomatoes, with a total weight of about 300 g, into quarters and cut out the middle with seeds from each piece so that there is no excess liquid in the salad.
Cut the tomato pulp into strips.
6. 70 g three cheese on a fine grater.
Grind a small bunch of dill.
7. We take about 150 g of mayonnaise and squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press. We mix everything. For convenience, we transfer the prepared mayonnaise into a culinary bag.
8. We fold the salad.
At the bottom of the dish, evenly spread the chopped iceberg salad. I took a dish measuring 30 x 22 cm.
Put the cooled fried mushrooms on the iceberg salad.
We apply a net of mayonnaise.
9. Put the chicken meat in the next layer and distribute it evenly over the surface of the salad.

10. Put chopped tomatoes on top.
Apply mayonnaise again.
Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese.
