Raspberry leaves, like berries, tend to thin the blood, and if the blood is flowing, then the limbs do not freeze (cold hands and feet from thick dirty blood). And if the arms and legs are warm, then the whole body is good!
You can make tea from raspberry leaves, pour it into a thermos and take it with you for a walk. It will be warmer!
Ingredients:
1. Raspberry leaf - handful
2. Honey - 1 tsp
3. Favorite tea leaves - 1 teaspoon (without it)
4. Water - 2 glasses (or as much as fits into a thermos)
Preparation
Take a raspberry leaf (preferably young spring leaves), dry it (you can ferment it by kneading the leaves with your hands and drying in the shade).
If desired, raspberry leaves can be found almost at any time of the year (even in winter in the forest they are still on the bushes). Nature is always generous. The forest feeds in winter! It contains not only valuable needles and sap, but also dry leaves of Ivan-tea, and oregano, and nettles, and under the snow, fresh green leaves of strawberries, wild strawberries... You just need to "sharpen up the locators" and see the winter forest benefits.
We put raspberry leaves in a thermos container, added tea leaves, honey (without honey), poured hot water (up to 90 degrees), insisted for an hour and the tea is ready! Have a nice tea on a walk or at home :)
