Breakfast - eggs of two egg sandwich at home wholemeal bread (25 g) with a fish pâté (20 g), cherry tomatoes (30 g) and with profitrolka of cottage cheese filling and salted fish (30 g).

Breakfast was very satisfying, but I have planned - 450 kcal.

And anywhere without a green tea with jasmine in the morning.

And perhaps it's time to start again everything else a course of vitamins.

Before I oklematsya bit cold and went "out" for a walk, but in the movie - so again all over again, that's a shame - before the day of her husband's birthday and the New Year.

I thought to lie down day today, but it was not there. And I had to work, and go to a pharmacy and the pharmacy where - there and shop with basic goods.

Upon arriving home, snacking sandwich on whole wheat bread (25 g) with cod roe (20 g) - 90 kcal.

Then she remembered that she had left 3 profitrolki empty in order to check how they will survive in the refrigerator overnight. And I decided, and eat them with tea - 110 kcal.

Cod roe saw on shares and has decided to take the test. Here are all the same, yet better and tastier carp eggs (for my taste) not found (of course, with red and black caviar I do not compare).

For lunch, a quick soup with red lentils with chicken broth with potatoes, onions and carrots.

Plate soup (350 g), 50 g of meat chicken drumsticks - turned out to lunch 185 kcal.

And after lunch (a half hour) - Green tea with 20 g of 75% dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

For dinner 180 g of steamed cauliflower and 110 g of chicken thigh fillets, baked with curd cheese and cherry. Filet turned out quite nutritious.

Dinner came at me on 440 kcal.

Total for the day - 1385 kcal.

Observed drinking regimen (30 ml per kilogram of body weight). Drink water before every meal and in the morning on an empty stomach.
