Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for delicious quick breakfast lavash rolls with cottage cheese. Those who try it for the first time think that there is cheese. Such rolls are prepared very quickly in time and will not take more than 10 minutes, but as a result it turns out very tasty, be sure to cook, I am sure you will like them and you will cook them more than one time.

Recipe:

Curd -200 g

Sugar -1 tbsp

Eggs -2 pcs

Vanilla sugar -1 pack

Lavash - 180g

Vegetable oil - for frying

COOKING METHOD

And so we will prepare the filling. We put any cottage cheese in a bowl, I like it fatter. We break 2 eggs, add 1 tbsp. sugar, vanilla sugar, if you like sweeter add more sugar.

We mix everything.
Now we take pita bread. I take it weighing 180 grams, unfold it. Put the filling and distribute in a thin layer.

Now we wrap the roll.
Cut into portioned rolls, I cut into 12 pieces.

Take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, heat it up, put rolls and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from the pan onto a paper towel to remove excess oil.

We fry the next portion. We serve with ardent heat to the table for coffee or a cup of tea.
