Then today I want to offer you a "convenient" recipe for a delicious salad, which can be prepared from absolutely any ingredients that are at hand.

I often cook such a salad when I don't want to bother at all. It seems to be nothing unusual, but such a "disassembled" feed is, in fact, a very convenient thing. You can put any ingredients you want - complete freedom for your imagination.

๐Ÿ“•Ingredients for making salad:

Smoked meat or sausage - 400 g
Long-fruited cucumber - 1 pc.
Korean carrots - 200 g
White cabbage (fresh) - 200 g
Croutons - 1 pack (can be replaced with potato strips)
Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp l.

First of all, we cut up all the ingredients that require cutting. In this case, it is sausage, cucumber and carrot. Instead of sausage, you can take smoked meat (beef, pork, chicken) or good ham. You can also use boiled meat pulp. Choose whichever option you like best. So, cut the sausage and cucumber into strips, and thinly chop the cabbage.

Now all that remains is to collect the salad. I like this kind of serving, when mayonnaise is on a platter in a small gravy boat. If you don't have such a gravy boat, you can simply leave some free space in the center of the dish and put mayonnaise right there. We divide the entire plate into several sectors and fill them with products. The ratio of ingredients is at your discretion. This time I fill 2 segments with sausage, cucumber and crackers, and 1 segments each with cabbage and carrots. It is necessary to try to lay out the products neatly so that the straws "look" in one direction, so it will look more appetizing and beautiful.

We fill in the remaining free space on the dish. Instead of store-bought crackers, you can make homemade or fry potato pie (use ready-made fried potato straws in a pack). You can also replace cucumber and cabbage with other vegetables: Korean beets, bell peppers, tomatoes, etc. main feature of this salad is that you can put in it whatever you like and in the proportions that you deem appropriate.
